Initially I was less than impressed with how the cover fit. The elastic edge on the bottom made it hard to get the cover on and actually prevented it from fully covering the lower area of the sb. The elastic is sewn in much too tight and greatly hinders its effectiveness as a decent cover. The quality of the material is very good and should last. Decided to make a small slit to get at the elastic cord in the lower edge and opened it up to allow the elastic to retract. The cover now drops over the unit easier and sits just above the floor, covering the sb nicely. Opinion: install more elastic cord to loosen the fit. Huge drawback. Easily five stars if the elastic cord was easier to work with.

Good with some caviats.
I used it last time when we had about 10" of snow. I bought it 2 x 5AH batteries and they were just enough to do the driveway; 30-45 mn. I muscled it pretty well. Only a couple of times did the motor start choking on me. It all came as a package deal; unit, dual charger, and two batteries. A couple of drawbacks. I would have liked stronger batteries. There are 7.5, 10, and 12 available which fit the unit and charger, and they are pricy. They cost just as much and more depending on the size. I had a 27" gas blower that was self-propelled. This was my first go with a push one. I think it will take some getting used to. I bought it for its size and maneuverability so that my wife was able to use it as well. It lived up to those expectations. It starts very well when you need to stop it and drag it or turn it around. It has a couple of lights which I turned off when using the machine. I'm sure it would have drained the batteries more if I was to use it at night. It has a speed control that is rated to throw the snow up to 40'. I had that set on its max speed which I didn't have to for most of the plowing. The scraper at the bottom of the chute kept hitting something on the driveway and getting stuck, at which point I had to tilt the blower down with the handle toward me to get it going again. It has the exit chute directional control on the handlebars which I think will be nice; again, once I get used to it. One other thing I need to get used to is that the driveway doesn't need to be cleaned right down to the bare pavement. It's Ok to leave a thin layer of snow.
