I bought the extended warranty because of poor reviews online and there are no parts available (According to the reviews) The beeps are a little loud but we have a quiet house.

Unreliable - do not buy!
This microwave came preinstalled with our house three years ago. Some buttons like the power level never worked. Now some number buttons don’t work, and the final straw is the “Start” button not working. It’s now completely useless. Now we have to replace it, hopefully with a microwave that fits the same trim!

We have had this microwave for a few years and the start button has stopped working. I was going to replace with the same microwave but I don't think that will happen after reading the reviews - seems like this is a occurring problem.
