Good value for the price.
This is a good umbrella for the price. It moves a bit more that I would like because it only has one support at the top. I added a bungie cord underneath to secure it a bit more. It is on our third floor patio, so can be a bit breezy even on calm days.

Cobalt Umbrella
Love the umbrella - it does move slightly left to right even in the special wheeled base. Not sure why - overall quality is very good. Should have purchased the the bigger size - 11' - didn't think we needed it !

Flimsy, does not rotate!
Right out of the box this is clearly flimsy. It won’t even stand straight up. The sliding thing doesn’t work well. It doesn’t even rotate. It’s cheap but it’s not worth it’s price. We have another (straight) umbrella of the same brand and it also is very flimsy. That one had a missing part. Stay away from this brand.

Unacceptable quality
Once installed , I was happy with the product size and versatility but my joy didn't lasted for long.
First , just the weight of the opened umbrella bent the post. I was able to bend it straight with very little force.
Second , there was a little wind and umbrella rotated on itself , nothing broke. I attached 3 sides with rope to continue our meal.
Third time, it just broke down, fell on the table.
Luckily , nobody was under it.
Very dissapointed for a 200$+ product.
