Description
This built-in gas range from GE Appliances(TM) has a 5-burner cooktop with continuous cast iron grates. The included griddle is perfect for cooking steak and other delicious food! The oven has 3 racks and its 5.6 cu. ft. capacity offers all the space you need to cook for your family or guests. The air convection system ensures that food gets cooked evenly and the oven also offers a self-cleaning option with steam. This appliance uses the Chef Connect technology which can sync the lights and ventilation from a range hood or over-the-range microwave oven to the cooktop when burners are on. The microwave oven's clock can also be synced to the one on the range.

Do not buy if you are a baker. It is awful.
My last review for this oven was July of last year. I spent about 6 weeks with the GE repairman coming back and forth from my house. He was lovely and professional. They replaced the mother board and made adjustments to the temperature finally leaving it with just know that it will run a little high when the temp is set at 400 and run low when it is 325 or below.
A year later, the oven has begun swinging wildly in temperatures again. Cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in this GE appliance. I bought it because it was supposed to be the most. reliable gas for baking. It has been horrible.

HORRIBLE, AVOID THIS RANGE
Terrible product, I wouldn't recommend this range ever!! First range that was delivered the oven didn't work, took a solid month to get a replacement, now we have had it for 3 years and the oven has quit working on this model just in time for the warranty to have expired. I expected a GE product to be better than this! My previous electric GE range was great no problems. Spent quite a bit on this range and it is crap at three years in, EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Decent Stove -- Poor Design
This stove works ok. The burners have been adjusted twice so that Low really means low. The oven temp is consistently 20 degrees lower than the setting. My biggest complaint is having both large burners in the front of the stove. This means large pots (usually full of boiling water) are in front of smaller pots on the back burners. It is necessary to reach over the tall pots to get to the shorter pots. This is a poor design.

Just what I needed!
Love that it’s easy clean up, and easy to control temps. It heats fast but has also has a very low setting which is handy. Love the griddle feature in the center.

Nice Slide In range
After having less than favorable experience with a 3-1/2 year-old Samsung range, we gave up and bought this GE. So far it performs very nice and looks great.
