Only good for 3 years
After exactly 3 years I can't use the washer. It will not complete the spin cycle. Shakes so bad and the drum has dropped significantly. I had the suspension rods replaced, but did not fix the problem. I am a grandmother raising 2 grandsons, 1 with special needs. I can not put more money into it and I can not get a new washer. This has kept me up at night and brings me to tears. A washer should last more than 3 years! I bought a new set just for the reason it would last longer. But here I am, no washer!

Poor quality
Suspension rods went out within two years. They wanted to send a tech out for the same price as the washing machine and that doesn't include the repair.

Love the washer but can't open lid once it starts
WA45T3200AW/A4 I have this washer
model and was trying to find how to fill washer with
hot water and leave it so I can dye some sheets. I
am afraid it will drain like it always does when you
pause and open lid and need to access sheets to
check the process. Why can't we have the capability to do this. I agree with other comments, should be able to open lid to add more clothes etc.

Worst washer ever! Also worst customer service if you ever have a problem. This machine had multiple problems while under warranty, but they refused to do anything about it. Clothes are shrinking because the water temperature is never right. Soap deposits are left on dark clothes. Doesn’t usually spin the clothes dry enough. Very long cycle, especially when you add the extra rinse in order for the clothes to be rinsed clean. Biggest mistake buying Samsung!
