Awful machine
I have never had so many problems with a washer. It always ties jersey sheets, leggings and long sleeves into a rat king that needs to be carefully untied. I absolutely cannot wash sheets with anything else, even pillowcases, because they will be rolled in a ball with sheets wrapped around them. It is constantly faulting Current fault is E 11 for low water pressure but it doesn’t have low water pressure. Just had my plumber check and the filters are clean as well.
It does clean reasonably well when it works, isn’t prone to getting moldy and has nice features like a sanitize cycle and high speed water extraction spin.

Mold & Mildew Mess
I have been loving this washer until I recently noticed there was mold and mildrew building up inside of the rubber gasket. I would have to completely remove and disconnect the gasket to reach the areas this is building up. I wipe it down regularly (what you can reach without taking it apart), leave the door open all the time, run a cleaner though the machine monthly and this still happened just 18 months after purchasing. I am not a repair tech- do I really have to take the machine apart to not have mold and mildew?

Very good washer clothes get clean. Good options.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid wash machine. Great options to select your temperatures, fabrics, length of cycle desired, what type of detergent you were using(pods, liquid) delay start… Steam option with hot water connected for the matching dryer is excellent as is the refresh cycle and the wrinkling cycle on the dryer.
Small gripe when the washer cycle ends the display stays lit until you shut it off. So that could be all day…
But the dryer display turned itself off when the cycle ends.
Two complaints or items I would like to change. Number one the gasket gets gross in the door. We Keep the door open, let it air out, use the right detergent… You still get mold under the gasket. 2. Also the spin cycle can be very loud. You can hear the belt squealing.

Worst washing machine I have ever owned!!!
This is the worst washing machine on the market; worst I have ever owned! This machine has cost me SO MUCH MONEY in torn and ripped clothing. There are no rhymes or reasons as to why this happens; clothing's zippers and buttons are closed, items put into laundry bags, regardless of the size of loads (small or large), etc. Oh yes, the door seal periodically leaks despite being replaced while it was under its one-year warranty. Electrolux used to be a good name for household appliances, but this machine has soured your reputation forever, and I will ensure that everyone I know is also informed. I will NEVER purchase any type of Electrolux product ever again.

Poor quality with both washer and dryer
I purchased my washer 3 years ago - and dryer 3.5 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with both appliances. The rollers on the dryer failed after 1 year and I have replaced them each year - total of 3 replacements. They have again failed, but I will not repair again. The washer also started having buildup in the rubber gasket after 1 year of normal use. I live in a very dry climate, but always leave the door open to ensure that residual moisture can evaporate. Nevertheless, the washer has mold and residue that has built up in the rubber gasket. This happened with a previous Electrolux washer as well. Today, the washer just stopped draining during the clean washer cycle. I'm going to just dump both washer and dryer and purchase something more reliable and of better quality. These are not cheap appliances. It's a shame that the quality is so poor.

Machine completely dies after not even 5 yrs
We had this machine for almost 5 years and it just completely died lề days ago. Its quite but vibrated really bad. We have the lawnry on 2nd floor and every time the machines spinned the floor shook like crazy.
I’m not happy with this machine at all. And not recommend to anyone. It’s e expensive and not even last 5 years

Great washer until bearing went in less than 4year
I loved this washer it did a great job. I am not a person to wash every day and I don’t overload! But please bought the washer 4 years ago and the bearings are gone!! I even bought extended warranty and still they are only willing to pay for parts but not labour! Labour is going to cost more than the parts!! This is sad as I had very high hopes and multiple family members recommended this washer!! I have called Electrolux for resolution and nothing. I have also read on other sites that this is not a one off and bearing issues seams to be a problem with the Electrolux washers! This expensive washer should should be lasting longer than 4 years!

Can't Run a Large Load on the Heavy Duty setting
I bought this washer & dryer pair in Nov 2018. It started having a problem in May 2022 when I used the Heavy Duty setting to wash towels. It would wash the towels but wouldn't drain the water. Had a technician come out, he got the water out, cleared the drain and left. I tried the heavy duty setting after he left, and it still wouldn't drain correctly, so my husband tried clearing the hose & it worked intermittently. I often had to pull the dripping wet towels or clothes out and hang them outside. This week I put a load of towels in, the water & suds fill up half the window & the door won't unlock. We've tried every cycle, turned its breaker off, tried resetting to the default per the troubleshooting directions and can't get it to open so we can get the clothes out. Have scheduled a tech four days from now. I have had an Electrolux washer & dryer before and never had a problem with it.
