This Whirpool(TM) self-cleaning double wall oven helps you cut out routine steps with features like Multi-Step Cooking that lets you use your smartphone or table to send multiple cooking instructions to the smart ovens. Get instant access to the settings your family use most with the built-in wall oven's touchscreen. The Smart technology lets you set the oven using your mobile device. Easily connect your oven to the app and use it to remotely disable the control panel and use Multi-Step Cooking to send multiple instructions to the oven and have it automatically adjust based on the recipe. The temperature Sensor monitors the oven temperature and adjusts the cooking elements to make sure your food is evenly baked every time. The self-cleaning feature allows you to easily clean up messes and keep your oven looking new. The 'Frozen Bake, Rapid Preheat and Keep Warm settings constitute appreciable time-saving options.

Nice combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is really nice and I like the microwave/ oven combo. The downside is the way the microwave door opens. Because it opens top down I can't reach the back of it.

Great look and great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this oven microwave combo January 2023, it was finally shipped and installed June 21st 2023. It has very nice features and looks modern. I am using the wifi to start and use both the micro and oven all the time. The setting screen is prone to lots of fingerprints just like a tablet screen so using my cell phone eliminates prints. Otherwise use a microfiber after each use. I find the microwave has a door that opens down which makes it hard to reach the back for cleaning. It's very beautiful and so far works well.

NICE LOOKING OVEN IF i KNEW HOW TO OPERATE IT
6 PHONE CALLS, 3 EMAILS., 4 ON LINE CHATS, AND I STILL CANNOT GET AN "OVEN CONTROL GUIDE" SO I KNOW HOW TO USE IT. STILL SEARCHING FOR THE "CANCEL" BUTTON REFERRED TO IN THE QUICK START GUIDE

Very difficult to work controls
Extremely difficult to get help from anyone and how to work the controls – after many phone calls,’s texts, email, and direct contact, we were finally able to get literature on how to work the controls. Now I have made many many many attempts to get an account so I can use voice command – still not able to.

Not quite sure about this oven/microwave combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was brand new in a home we purchased. The oven temperature is off--so no baking. The navigation to use the microwave and oven is cumbersome. I can't get it to connect to wi-fi, so i don't know how "smart" it is. It's cute because it's small; but I have yet to be in love with it.

DO NOT BUY THIS
I've had this oven/microwave combo for 20 months. In that time, I've had Whirlpool repair technicians at my home 6 separate times. I'm currently waiting for YET AGAIN another service appointment for an issue that has occurred 3 times previously where the oven will not turn off and the control panel stops wokring. None of my complaints are received or taken seriously. I will never purchase whirlpool appliances again or recommend them.
