It has a capacity of 12 place settings as well as a selection of 6 programs and 4 options, including an energy saving cycle and a sanitizing option that makes sure to destroy 99.99% of bacteria that could have crept up on dishes that might have been 'forgotten' in the sink. The 5-level direct feed wash system thoroughly cleans dishes and ensures a residue-free rinse, even when the baskets are filled to their maximal capacity. This dishwasher has been extremely frustrating and a disappointment. The programming panel flashes and is confusing. We are never sure if it washed properly or finished. We constantly have water left in the bottom because if someone interrupts the cycle it does not resume. It beeps at us all the time. Wish it could programmed to set cycle and just hit start. The tray racks are spaced weirdly and our dishes do not stack properly or fall over or overlap. Looks nice -but not designed to be user friendly. I do not recommend it !

New but not new, leaks water.
Got this unit in 2019 with my new apartment. the first few times I used it I knew there was a problem. The dishes would not dry and lot of water remaining. The technician who came and saw it and said it is ok and to start using it. over this last 2 years sometimes it collects a lot of water and water does not drain. the whole unit remains wet. The water also leaks out from the bottom at the door. I am sure I had got a faulty unit. this has also damaged my
cabinet and floor with the constant leak. Time to throw it out and get another brand.

Durability and performance issues
Bought new in August 2019, this dishwasher just doesn’t wash properly. After every load is done, there are always several dishes left dirty. Furthermore, the detergent dispenser door opens once in a blue moon. Can’t wait to get our new Miele installed.

J'ai acheté l'article en ligne a cause du covid. Pire achat. Il ne lave pas bien, mon ancien de 10 ans l'avait mieux (on a du le changer a cause d'un trouble électrique). Le panier a ustensiles et l'etage du haut ne sont vraiment pas pratique!

J'ai du acheter ce lave vaisselle en ligne a cause du covid. Pire achat! Ne lave pas bien, le panier à ustensiles n'est pas pratique ni l'étage du haut pour les verres! Le seul point positif est qu'il est très silencieux!

I bought this dishwasher two months ago from my local store and since I got it even from the first time we are having issues with it. I’m not happy with the results of how the dishes are not coming clean from the dishwasher. even if you put a plate with some leftover of ketchup sauce on it it doesn’t clean and i already had two technicians who came to see the dishwasher the first one checked and said its installed correctly Level and drainage is OK but the water inside the dishwasher is not hot enough to cleanup the dishes but apparently he did not mention that on his report to GE and then I had second technician came over to have a look on my dishwasher and after running few tests and cycles he saw the same issue that the water is not hot enough to clean the dishes properly so frustrated with my new dishwasher I would not recommend this product I wish I have read this reviews before buying

Great performance and value
Bought this dishwasher for the basement kitchen and I am very impressed as how quiet it is and how dishes are so clean compared against my old one. The performace vs value is great.

Limitation
Have been using this dishwasher for a month. The top rack only has one row designed to handle tea cups rather than coffee sized mugs. The same with glasses - only one row accommodates drinking glasses. Appears to be cleaning dishes well, but because of limitations we are running the dishwasher partially full.
