Description
This Electrolux(R) gas tumble dryer combines performance and energy efficiency. It features the Perfect Steam(TM) wash system and the Instant Refresh(TM) cycle, which gently remove wrinkles and help to reduce static as well as to refresh fabrics to keep clothes looking like new longer. This dryer of 8 cu. ft. offers a choice of nine cycles to accommodate all types of fabrics. The Predictive Dry(TM) and LuxCare(R) dry systems ensure optimal drying and drying time. In addition, the Fast Dry function lets you quickly dry the items you need most in only 15 minutes, while the Luxury-Quiet(TM) technology makes this appliance so quiet that you can run it whenever you wantwithout disrupting your household. Energy Star certified, this dryer is backed by a 3-year limited warranty on parts and by a 1-year limited warranty on labour.

A dependable washer from one of the most respected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clearly labeled for intuitive use, left to right. Just rotate the dial, select settings needed, press Start!
For most things/loads, even the Rapid Wash is sufficient, but Sanitize, Heavy, and extra Rinse vs Soiled settings have been useful. Subtle non-offensive sound bips for cycle finish.
Personally am interested in adapting this to a grey-water recycling/redirection system, as our county/utility is giving rebates.

Best Dryer I ever purchased!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Electrolux dryer is great! The dryer is very well made no flimsy parts. The lint filter is so easy to clean and you’re able to remove all dirt and lint since it collects it into a very well made enclosed filter. Also you receive a notification on the dryer to clean out the lint filter just in case you forget. The drum is huge and dries my king size comforters.
Drying time is also less, has great cycles. Love it!!!

A Breath of Hot Air!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 17yr old Whirlpool which definitely had seen better day. In direct comparison it is just as simple to use, has a larger and better designed lint trap as well as a steam feature. The steam feature seems like something valuable as you can put wrinkled or clothes that have a smell but don’t need a wash and in 15 minutes they come out fresh! I have used this feature a few times and it works well.

Functionally ok but a strange rattle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer several months ago and it has developed a significant rattle. Getting it repaired would cost money that I don't really have due to the purchase. When it isn't rattling, it works pretty well but the rattle gets progressively louder and louder the longer it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with the dryer. It seems to take about the same amount of time as my old dryer, which is not the end of the world, but I know that other models on the market in this price range can get the job done much faster. For example, full load of laundry still takes 70 to 90 minutes. Also, unless I use the highest heat and longest settings, I find myself having to run an extra cycle, even if only for 15 minutes, to fully dry the clothes.

I LOVE my new dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older GE dryer that never seemed to work right. From the beginning, our new electrolux operated just great!!! I love the new features and this is our first dryer with the steam feature and I wonder how I ever got along without it.
