Handle broken less than 2 years after purchas
The handle cracked and we are unable to find a replacement part for this model (ME17R7011ES) anywhere. May have to replace the microwave entirely at this point.

Great price and great product
I am happy with the Samsung 1.7 cu.ft. Over-The-Range Stainless Steel Microwave. It was a good and affordable option. It works great, and I also had the installation service from Rona which was excellent. Just be aware that this is a plug-in microwave so an outlet would need to be installed by an electrician because Rona's technicians do not offer this service.
