Worst. Oven. Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this oven. It has been nothing but a nightmare. After having the oven for less than 3 months, the high/medium/low markings on the range knobs wore off. We had a technician come out for two of the burners not working, and while he was here we asked about replacing the knobs. He said they weren’t covered under warranty due to that being cosmetic (apparently not knowing what temperature your cooking at is okay and not a safety concern to Whirlpool).
The aqua lift feature is a JOKE. I tried a few months after we got the oven, and it did not even remotely lift any dirt from the bottom. It literally was cold and didn’t lift anything. Our oven is absolutely disgusting now because I have no idea how to clean it. The cleaning feature doesn’t work, and you aren’t supposed to use any chemicals.
We’ve had the oven for a little over the year, and the electric has having an issue. Some days I need to start the oven three times for it to actually work and begin heating.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this stove a bit over a month ago and absolutely love it. The stove looks stunning, like a commercial appliance.
It cooks nicely and evenly, I am rediscovering my pots and pans as if they were brand new. The oven I am still trying to find out all the perks of it but so far so great. I was concerned about that the most since I have had my old appliance for over 20 years and was so used to it.

The Knobs!
When I bought the oven, I read the reviews and thought surely, Whirlpool would have seen the error in their ways and fixed the paint/finish on the knobs so that they wouldn’t rub off after regular use.
Sure enough, only weeks into owning the oven, we started to see signs of the dreaded paint wear. Wear are now 6 months into owning the oven and the two most complicated (multi element) knobs have ZERO distinguishable marks.
As past commenters have mentioned, this is a major safety hazard. Also, it just shows very little attention to the customers needs. I wouldn’t have minded if the paint came off but the knobs were engraved so I could at least know which way high heat was.
It looks great and I like every other feature but for not listening to your customers and fixing a known defect, I gave this product 1 star.

Control Knob
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This oven works great, there are only a couple things I do not like about this oven.
1. Control knob markings rub off, I've search for replacement parts and cannot find any, it rubbed off after a month of use.
2. The touch screen can be too sensitive or not work at all depending on where moisture lands. I can get over the touch screen issue, it worts itself out. But I cannot stand the guessing game when turning the stove top on.
If I could just get new knobs I'd give it 4-5 stars.
