Looks good that’s about it
Door has a crack in it after 3 years and has caused the door not to close properly. Bought this with a dishwasher, fridge and stove, live the color but that’s it. Can’t use it cause of the door not following properly. Was not misused in any way either.

Fan and Inside Light won't stop when door is close
Same as Oke1 reivew on August 3, 2022. This microwave was professionally installed less than three months ago. Very light use by two adults. When we weren't even using the kitchen, the fan and internal light suddenly came on. Fan and light constantly on with the door closed eventhough it isn't running. Need to unplug it when not in use. After following all troubleshooting suggestions on GE website, we have done an online request for warranty service so hopefully it's a defective door switch that doesn't fail repeatedly like other reviewers have reported. Our last LG over-the-range lasted over 15 years, never any issues, and was still going strong when we moved.

Electrical Issues
Bought matching GE profile appliances and now I am also experiencing the electrical issues that others are reporting with the microwave. It trips the breaker and will sometimes blow the main internal fuse when the door closes. Had the fuse replaced works a few times then close the door and pop! This is a very pricy microwave and it should last more than 3 years. I understand things happen but from the number of people posting this same problem, it's pretty clear this is a known manufacturing or design flaw. Don't waste your money on this one and unless GE works to resolve this issue, I'd also advise to avoid GE appliances.

Pure Junk
Filter door has broken twice it is now taped up. Door switch has been replaced and now I think the wires to the control panel have gone. It blows the fuse when you open the door. You have to drop the whole unit and take it apart to change the fuse. This has all happen in less than 3 years. I was only able to get the filter door replaced under warranty. I'm now looking for an replacement but we bought all GE profile appliances in the slate color. I don't know what we are going to do but we won't be buying a GE.
