Description
Featuring a mega capacity of 5.6 cu. ft. to fit loads for the whole family, this smart LG washer offers superior cleaning results, with a unique 4-way wash action that moves clothes left and right, up and down. LG ThinQ technology gives this washer remote control capabilities while SenseClean system automatically sets the water level and wash time for each load. LG 6Motion technology uses up to 6 different wash motions, that you can combine with a wide range of options. Options include a deep fill feature to add extra water to any cycle with the touch of a button, and ColdWash technology that penetrates deep into fabrics, for cold water savings with warm water performance. TurboWash3D option enhances any wash cycle intensity to give clothes a complete cleaning.

Warning I don't have anything good to say about it
I bought this machine just over a year ago and I hate it. I bought it because I thought LG was the higher end of the washing machine family, I was wrong. I have nothing but issues with this machine. I wanted the mega capacity option because I do anywhere from 10-15 loads of laundry a week, from bedding, towels and clothing. I own an AIRBNB and cleanliness is my top priority. I can't do large loads and this machine does not fill up with enough water to rinse or get my clothes and bedding free of soap or dirt.

Not worth the money
Died in 2 years 10 months. Will not power on, circuit board dead and not worth the replacement cost.

Bought this machine 3 years ago and fortunately I also bought an extended warranty. The panel controls ON/OFF switch is dead and the panel needs to be replaced

LG good hardware, tech could be better executed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had 2 years, 4 repairs each time on the electronics. The hard product is otherwise good. The tub senses the clothes amount, but they don't always get the entire load wet unless you select a full fill.

Biggest appliance let down ever
I bought this big appliance in June 2021. The power button to the motherboard is not working now-Gradually stopped working. I got this for my growing family and it’s only been 2.5 years. LG is supposed to be know to be better than this. So disappointed. I can’t even buy the part EBR86498808 because it was discontinued! Like how can you to this LG and get away with it? So frustrated.

Need better mother board/ touch screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago, and I’ve enjoyed using the product until one day the touch screen stopped working. After a lot of research I realized that this is a common problem with LG. I would have hoped that LG would have looked into the issue and helped its customers by providing free corrective measures. These units a very expensive and I was hoping that they would last me longer then 2 years.
