Do not buy! Stay away!
Do NOT buy! Stay away! When I saw Midea for the first time I decided to give it a try as I got an idea that a new brand will make better products. And I was wrong! At the moment of purchase there were 2 bad reviews only about the washer (now there's none). The washer started misbehaving on the second wash. I phoned Midea. The customer service was polite and they sent a tech. The tech checked everything, explained that the washer was working properly and that I had to adjust to it. I owe this piece for a year now and the wash was never so painful as with Midea. The cleanliness isn't good, doesn't matter the setting. Quick wash always gives E1 error, that I have to put everything to wash again. Normal wash occasionally doesn't fill properly and half clothing stays dry/dirty. In order to have my stuff clean (I work from home, office stuff, so no heavy dirt) I have to put it on Heavy duty cycle with Water plus and soak options. Occasionally, I get E1 and have to wash the stuff again. Once I had to put stuff to wash 3 times! Where is my water saving? Kids clothing I have to wash by hand first removing dirt/sand. Why do I need a washer? Eh? It was the worst purchase ever. Do not recommend.
