Works well however...
Bought this along with other products from the Proline GE. In August 2020. Everything seemed to be working fine and tonight while making popcorn. We heard a bang this was the result. I’ve never heard of these breaking before.

Panel - hard to read
I purchased this OTR recently and once it was installed I noticed that the panel is very difficult to read....even during the day with natural day light. At night, I cannot see it at all...I called GE but they said they didn't have anything on file of others' complaints. They are not doing anything about this. It's just a matter of giving us another panel with brighter letters/wording. I would not recommend this product unless GE replaces this with a new panel. GE is doing nothing about this!

We just put our new OTR in and find that the words are very hard to read...very small print. I will be contacting GE and will report again after contacting them to see if they can resolve this issue for me. I would not recommend this product unless they rectify the issue.

hard to read control panel
The writing on the control panel is grey, on a black, reflective background. It is very difficult to read unless kitchen is very well lit. GE will not do anything to rectify this problem.
