Terrible product and overall experience
Look and Fit
1- The counter depth fridge is still significantly deeper than counters and sticks out 3-4 inches or more.
2- The Fridge tilts backwards, and the max adjustment still keeps a significant tilt and it looks very obvious and bad especially the way it sticks out.
3- The doors require significant clearance forcing you to keep gaps on both sides of the fridge.
Functionality
1- Opening the doors and finding what you need is a bit of a chore especially with the built in water where you won't have access or be able to see what you need regardless which door you open.
2- The Freezer door rattles when opened and the space is quite limited.
3- The shelves scratch easily and feel cheap and don't work properly - example, two shelves are supposed to be able to click together for a one shelf option - it stays for about 10 seconds and unclicks. Other example, Shelf is supposed to open and close to allow for bottle clearance, it's small it's rarely helpful and it's impossible to lock it in the closed position and keeps sliding around, effectively making that space inaccessible for me.
The software/touch screen:
1- The system is slow and non responsive, some apps will simply not load or freeze the system for hours.
2- The software is difficult to use and lacks features which makes it quite useless. Like the camera doesn't show at least 50% of what's inside the fridge.

Horrible experience - They don't do exchanges
I purchased this model last month with help from the online chat agent. I asked about the counter depth version but was told it was not needed. Upon delivery the standard size will not fit in the doorway of the house nor the patio door. Samsung will not exchange it and I have to pay 700$ more if I want to buy the version that will fit. The price has changed but they will not exchange for the original price. On top of that the model is now out of stock... Really unacceptable for a business
