[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch Wall oven. I love the size and capacity. Really thought out well. The only thing I do not love is this stainless is not smudgeproof. Its hard to clean and make look nice.

Versatile Oven
I purchased this oven for 3 reasons: 1- cutout specs especially depth in comparison to the existing oven, 2 - Bosch quality and reputation, and 3 - ease of use to make selections with the 2 knobs. It is an excellent oven. Baking is even and true to temperature. I removed one star because when turning the oven off, the fan does not stay on very long, and then the control panel gets very hot to the touch. It remains cool while the oven is operating. My work around to this issue is I turn the oven temperature down to 75 degrees and let it run for around 15 minutes before I turn the oven off.

Oven is great- Timer is VERY WEAK!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The roast convection is great. It cooks my veg & chicken much better than the regular setting. When the timer is done, the sound is so WEAK. I can barely hear it if I have the TV on while in the kitchen. I thought I left the fridg door open. That's how quiet the sound is.

Bosch Convection/Standard Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A well made product that can be used as a standard baking oven and a convection oven. I am the cook and am still learning how to use convection baking. I have tried it for oven frying chicken strips, french fries, panko shrimp and other types of prepared foods. The oven gets plenty hot and you get a more crispy product. For bread and corn bread I use the standard bake feature that also works well.

The preheating and heat sensor has never worked right since I got it. I had a number of repair visits with lock out codes. Then replacements done on it, replaced the control board and temperature sensor. the unit still would lock out and would not preheat much of the time. Now it's dead at 4 years old, and would cost more than a new one to fix.
