I bought these online for in store pick up. I paid the extra money as I wanted a paver with a little texture. I figured the extra $5 or so was worth the investment. When I picked up the pavers I thought the store had packed up the wrong ones. Turns out they just don't look a thing like they do in the pictures. If you look at them in a certain light you can see a slight texture but it looks more like a defect. I took them home anyway as I'm under an extreme time crunch to get a project finished but I'm not happy. Don't do what I did, see them in store yourself before purchasing.

We bought this product for a project in our backyard. We had the product delivered and two of the blocks were broken. Stuff happens and Rona replaced the blocks ASAP and free of charge. Also, the blocks are 23.5 x 23.5, not 24 x 24.
All in, great product, and Rona was great. If you plan to use this product allocate a little more time to complete your project (broken blocks) and use the actual measurements of the blocks. Be cautious using 24 x 24.

All good, except that some concrete blocks arrived damaged, but Rona agreed to replace them.

Not as advertised
Purchased these to replace existing 24” slabs. Actual dimensions are 23 1/2” x 23 1/2. Sturdy, nice finish.
