Great tool!
This tamper is a must for compacting soil or fill. I used to to compact the crushed rock base for an Allen Block wall and it really sped up the base prep process. I previously used a piece of 2X6 and a small sledge hammer for this purpose and the tamper is a way better option...wish I'd bought one years ago!
