This Whirpool(TM) self-cleaning double oven helps you cut out routine steps with features like Multi-Step Cooking that lets you use your smartphone or table to send multiple cooking instructions to the smart ovens. Get instant access to the settings your family use most with the built-in wall oven's touchscreen. The Smart technology lets you set the oven using your mobile device. Easily connect your oven to the app and use it to remotely disable the control panel and use Multi-Step Cooking to send multiple instructions to the oven and have it automatically adjust based on the recipe. The temperature Sensor monitors the oven temperature and adjusts the cooking elements to make sure your food is evenly baked every time. The self-cleaning feature allows you to easily clean up messes and keep your oven looking new. The /Frozen Bake/, /Rapid Preheat/ and /Keep Warm/ settings constitute appreciable time-saving options.

Looks and works fine, interface not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine; I have not used the oven yet. There are 8 sharp metal corners on the front that can scratch you. The user interface is not intuitive and the buttons for entering the time are too small.

This Combo Microwave/oven set came with my new house 2 years ago.
It is a very modern-looking unit however it is very quirky, difficult to use, and prone to failure.
1. The oven and microwave have integrated touch controls that do not function well together- if your fingers have water or flour, you can not operate either.
2. There is a delay in starting the oven and turning it off, it huffs and puffs during the process and can make you very nervous until you get used to it. Don't think you can turn off the oven and it will respond by powering off- it takes like 10 minutes for it to accept the directions.
3. Our Microwave experienced catastrophic failure with the code F1E6 Microwave Magnetron- after it stopped working.
All in all, this is a poorly constructed, low-end, product.
I wish I had upgraded with my builder for a different brand.

Terrible - would never buy again
I have had this oven for less than 2 years. It has consistently burned and undercooked food through large heat fluctuations. In addition, after 1 year, the microwave stopped working properly and started burning food right through the middle with very little time. After nearly catching my house on fire, I bought a cheap countertop microwave. After a power outage, the oven will no longer work at all. It's not the breaker but keeps cycling through the start up screen with errors. Since there is no proper user guide or troubleshooting manual for this product, we had to google it. None of the troubleshooting helped. This product is absolute garbage. Whirlpool needs to get it together and do better testing on their products and hire some technical writers to create decent user manuals.

Not the greatest!
This unit came with my new home. It had a few minor issues - the microwave fan would stay on when we were making rice. Now after the warranty has expired, we are getting the F1E6 magnetron error and food doesn’t heat up.

Not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this oven microwave combo for multiple months. The microwave is very underpowered and the oven takes forever to preheat. The touch screen controls are very difficult and I often have to push a button multiple times for it to even register me pushing it. I wish it wasn't touch screen. Obviously once the oven warms up it's just fine but it takes forever to preheat. I'm really not a big fan of the microwave oven having the oven style door either but that seems to be the style right now, but it is annoying
