Maytag and their appliances are poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several Maytag’s over the years, an oven, cloth washer and dryers and now a dish washer. I kept thinking hey they where the gold standard back in my parent’s days well for last 25 years they have been garbage and I will never buy another Maytag again, I’m done with the brand and all the ones with it like whirlpool. They say 10-year parts but it’s only a select few not the ones that fail as they plan it that way, I’m sure and the labor is so much that actually probably all appliances are disposable at this point, second major failure in less than 4 years. So, reliability counts and a real bumper to bumper parts and labor is the only thing that matters, otherwise it’s just a gimmick/misleading. As I see it Maytag and its other bands are an unscrupulous company at this point. Going Bosch and or LG etc these days. I’m sure you will pull this review as that’s the other thing unscrupulous companies do, why you can’t trust reviews either.
