We bought this washer 4 years ago and thought it last quite a while for the price and name. It ran very quiet for the first week, then got as loud as our 24 year old machine that this replaced. Service man said there was nothing wrong with it. And 60 minutes per load cycle!! The last straw for this unit was when every load would clank and bang on the spin cycle. I found out that the load leveling springs (all 4) were worn out, after only 4 years!!!
Very disappointed to say the least.

Problems!!!
Within months of getting this washing machine and matching dryer, we started having cycle problems. water level problems, so many problems! We factory reset all of the time to get a few cycles that work. The mother board is so expensive, you might as buy a new machine. We'll use the machine until we can't reset it, then we'll throw it away.
