This KitchenAid(R) french door refrigerator offers 26.8 cu. ft. of storage capacity and longer shelf life for your fresh foods. First, the FreshChill(TM) full-width pantry drawer features a manual temperature control which lets you choose the amount of cold air that can enter the drawer, which is convenient for foods that require specific preservation. Furthermore, the refrigerator is equipped with the ExtendFresh(TM) Temperature Management System, which preserves the texture and flavor of fresh and frozen foods. In addition, this unit offers the unique Max Cool fast cooling feature that automatically adjusts the temperature of both sections to the lowest, even when the door stays open for a while. Finally, a built-in dispenser on the refrigerator door provides you with high quality filtered ice and water. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor.

Icemaker stopped working
Ice maker stopped working after 14 months. Estimated repair service is $369 but technician isn't 100% certain his analysis is cause of problem. Waiting for part to come in.

Great fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so quiet that you can barely hear it. We bought the black stainless, which looks great in our kitchen and shows very few fingerprints, which was something we wanted. I love having the two crisper drawers and extra space in the fridge, because the ice cube bin doesn’t take up space like our old fridge did. We would highly recommend this fridge.

Beyond frustrated
My family absolutely loved this fridge. We even bought the matching range to go with it. However, after only 5 months the compressor went out. Took a month for it to get fixed, finally got the fridge back but the ice maker no longer worked. Had a tech come look at that. He unplugged the fridge, plugged it back in and it made a batch of ice. Just one though. Since he left the refrigerator now turns off and on periodically throughout the day giving a power outage code. Still no ice and I'm really worried it will go out completely again.

Makes a terrible nouse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fan or something is wrong with it and it constantly makes chirping sounds. It’s incredibly frustrating and hopefully the maintenance person that is coming this week can resolve the issue.

Not Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and design of this refrigerator. It is a space efficient and quality product. However, from the get go the ice maker has not worked well. It makes 1/4-1/2 a container of ice and then dumps water. I have had a technician out several times and he can't seem to figure out what is wrong with it. The issue is still occurring with no resolve yet.

NICE LOOKING - WORKS WELL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very attractive and operates quietly. Well laid out and excellent interior lighting. Missing a few minor features - butter compartment, egg keeper snd warning beep if door is left ajar - not show stoppers. "Half depth" shelf is a great feature; adding much needed room for tall items. Would buy it again.
