The drum made of stainless steel wicks moisture away from clothes and is tough enough to resist everyday use for years. In addition, the convenient spin fill function helps loads get completely drenched. Sold with two commercial-grade water fill hoses with brass couplings, this product is backed by a 5-year limited warranty on parts and labour. From the sixth to tenth year following purchase, this appliance is backed by a limited warranty on the drive motor and stainless steel wash basket.

The washing machine had to be repaired twice .
The first repair required the whole drive assembly to be replaced. Major components to the washer!

Under constant repair
We've had a repairman here four times with a 5th scheduled for next week. We've doing taking laundry to a local laundromat. We looked at $600 washers but decided to pay a bit more for a Commercial Maytag with Maytag "reliability" but that has not panned out for us.

Ne devrait porter le nom « Commercial »
L’appareil fonctionne bien mais malheureusement, nous avons eu un bris majeur après un peu plus de quatre ans d’utilisation. La transmission a été remplacée sous garantie. Ce type de bris n’est aucunement acceptable pour une laveuse de ce prix surtout pour une utilisation très moyenne (famille de trois seulement). Encore une fois, je suis très déçu de la qualité de vos produits. Je n’ai rien a redire du service par contre qui fut rapide et efficace.
