Stopped working will not power on, only 1 year old
Bought this cooktop October 2022 and it stopped working (will not power on) in October 2023 !!!
Samsung tells me it only had a 90 day warranty. What happened to a 1 year warranty, unless of course Samsung knew they are selling a sub-standard product ?
Very disappointed with the quality of this Samsung product and their after care service !!!
They also do not offer factory service product support to my location which is 85 miles NW of Chicago in a city of 300, 000 people ?
Unbelievable !!!

Does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooktop works well but I have a few issues. I feel like it takes a little while to warm up and I don’t like that the two large burners are next to each other. This makes it very difficult to use two regular size/larger pots at the same time. Was very inconvenient during the holidays trying to cook different dishes at once.

Great Cooktop!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a much older cooktop and it is exceptional. The burners are nice and hot. The way that they are spaced allows me to maximize how many pots I can have at once without being cluttered. Love it!!!
