Great Freezer
I have had my freezer for two years and it works great. No problems and I do like the temperature alarm. With the draws, layout and the door shelving you can fit in a lot into this freezer. I like it a lot more than the chests because it makes it easier to get to everything.

Great freezer - abysmal ice maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is great! Spacious. Keeps stuff frozen. Great door bins! BUT - I chose this model specifically because it is ice maker compatible. I waited an extra month to get the freezer because the ice maker was on back order. Finally got it and the tech installed it. The ice maker does not work. At all. The tech ordered a replacement, telling me it would be here 03 June. It was not. Now, they are saying 04 July. I purchased this freezer 2 months ago and still no ice. I do not understand what is so difficult about getting a functioning ice maker in a freezer.
