Absolutely useless. Hardly use.
I bought this last spring and it is the worst microwave I have ever had. Buttons are hard to push and take several tries to make contact. There is no light behind panel so it is impossible to find the buttons you need to use without turning on all lights overhead in kitchen. It is a daylight use only appliance. Would never recommend an LG microwave.

Crap! very dissapointing.Display died just over a year.
Key pad does not respond in a soft touch you need to rally press hard.

Looks good and does its job. Its a nice stainless steal colour that matches our kitchen hardware well. I didn't realize how some stainless steal items differ in colour until shopping for this.

Dead motherboard
I purchased this microwave just over 2 years ago and out of no where, it suddenly doesn't heat. The repair shop is saying it's the motherboard but they don't have another in stock. This is an over the range microwave, so I rely on this for the exhaust fan. I really don't have the ability to leave it at the shop for an amount of time.

Works adequately
We installed this model over the range and it matches our LG stove/oven nicely. It is full size and a good price however it is lower wattage and takes longer to heat some things. While it works well and has all the features I was looking for, it is quite noisy when in use.

So far does the job but noisier than our old one.
After 11 years of use, our old microwave died so we replaced it with is one a couple of weeks ago. So far it does the job. I'm only giving it a 4-star because it's clunkier than our old one and there's no option to shut off the sound of the buttons when you press them (I'm up earlier than everyone else so you really notice just how much noisier it is to use this one than our old one - shutting the door, pressing the buttons and just the noise it makes when it's in operation). But other than that it does what it says it does; I do like the popcorn sensor option. The fan is loud as well but works well and our fire alarms haven't gone off once and they are pretty touchy. I would recommend this microwave.
