This dishwasher offers three racks of versatile loading possibilities and complete wash coverage. The free flex(TM) third rack fits glasses, mugs, bowls, silverware and cooking tools, freeing up room below for pots, plates and mixing bowls. Advanced clean water wash system circulates clean water to dishes in all three racks. Panel-Ready Design lets you match your cabinetry for a seamless look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher about a month ago and am very impressed! This dishwasher is very quiet when running compared to the one we replaced, I didn't realize how loud my previous one was until we got a new one. Dishes come out sparkling clean!

Just what I was looking for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the dishwasher about a month so I can't speak about reliability, but the initial impressions are very good. The dishes get extremely clean with little or no pre-rinsing. The dishwasher itself is built very solidly. The door feels much stronger and more substantial than our previous German made dishwasher. Based on our somewhat dated experience with KitchenAid appliances were expecting this to last many many years.

Poor Quality and Lack of Timely Customer Service
This review has to do with both the product as well as the customer service interaction to correct a problem. The dishwasher has been in the home for just over 1 week. The unit seemed to be operating fine at first and was thoroughly cleaning the dishes. One night, the control panel stopped functioning mid-cycle and the dishwasher has been dead ever since. Customer service was contacted and their remedy was a service appointment that was almost 4 weeks out. The only other remedy offered was a 15% discount on a new product. The questions was asked about a replacement and the response was that for that to happen, a service tech would need to come out and evaluate the problem first before a replacement could be offered. This would be the same appointment that is 4 weeks out. That kind of time frame for service on any product let alone a product that is a week old is unacceptable and shows a disconnect between manufacturer and consumer. Not everyone may have this same opinion, but I expect better.
