Great features.

I like that it send messages to my phone letting me know when it is done or if there is any problems or issues. The detergent and softener resivor could be a bit larger but works fine. Just load my clothes and walk away. The presets takes care of everything.

Wouldn't complete a cycle
Bought, had delivered and professionally installed. Would not finish a cycle - any cycle, save spin and rinse. Had to do a week's wash twice as a result. Machine sent back. Hope replacement will last longer. Frustrated and disappointed.

Stay away from Samsung appliances
Washer is 9 months old, the whole rubber seal around the door popped out while washing a load. Flooded our floor with water. Samsung products are aweful, I should have listened to everyone that said to not purchase any Samsung appliances.
