Inconsistent Quality
I bought 280 pieces which came in 4 pallets. The quality of the first 50 pieces were OK. The remaining ones were of poor quality and slightly different colour. The concrete seems to be made with overly abundant amount of sand. The edges and the surface chipped easily and were poorly finished. It took them 3 trips to deliver them all due to communication issue between sales and delivery. The delivery service was excellent. Calls were answered immediately, delivery was on time and the crew were polite and helpful. However, the same couldn't be said about the sales desk. No one at the store seems to know what the exchange/return policy was for the damaged pieces and what to do with the pallets. As no one answered the phone, I went to the store and was told someone would called me back. That didn't happened. Evenly, I had to haul the damaged pieces to the store for return.
