The EGO POWER+ 21-inch Select Cut XP Self-Propelled Mower delivers 8.3 ft-lb of torque that exceeds the power of gas. The first cordless lawn mower to have an interchangeable multi-blade cutting system. Customize your cut(TM) with three interchangeable lower blades to choose from: the Mulching Blade, High Lift Bagging Blade, and Extended Runtime Blade. The Mulching Blade comes installed on the mower and is ideal for weekly mulching, giving you the mulching quality that you'd expect from a high-end gas lawn mower. The High Lift Bagging Blade provides extra suction ideal for bagging, leaving your yard free of clippings. The Extended Runtime Blade provides an optimal balance of cut quality and runtime for all around performance. All three blades can be used interchangeably based on your desired cut. The EGO Upper Blade is used in combination with the lower blade chosen to slice the grass into fine fragments; this greatly enhances cutting performance with all grass types. EGO/s Self-Propelled Touch Drive(TM) Technology comes from years of research and development. Touch Drive(TM) Technology puts complete control of the self-propelled system in the palm of your hands by using pressure to engage the system. Easily control the variable speed with a dial positioned at your fingertips for safe and convenient operation.

EGO Rocks! Awesome mower!
This is by far the best mower I have owned! It has exceeded my expectations! Its light, powerful, the self propelled feature is just awesome and it cuts and picks up he cuttings very well!

Leaves a strip of cut grass when bagging
Good battery, power and cutting quality. However, mower leaves a consistent strip of cut grass by right wheels when bagging. This happens 100% of the time. Tried different heights, sharpening the (new) blades, walking at different speeds, both dry and wet grass, upward pressure on handle and even tried a sandbag on the mower deck. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I love my Ego mower
6 months ago my gas mower died and I decided to try an electric mower. My research and experience from a relative led me to Ego. I went with the 10 amp/hr battery based on times it took to mow my yard was was impressed with the lighter weight, intuitive set up and use, and cut of the mower. It was a pleasure to experience less noise than my old gas mower.
The charger was quick, which helped in completing my mowing with a minimal break when the battery power ran out before I was done. I have learned that the mow times are influenced by the amount of grass being mowed. (If higher or damp more power is used). While I could complete my yard after a 15 minute charge I have chosen to buy a second 7.5 Amp hr battery so I can complete the yard with no break.
Storing the mower and not needing to deal with gas and oil changes are additional bonuses.

Cordless strong and free
I was using a corded electric mower, which was quite annoying, given the size and layout of my yard. With battery power, that’s no longer an issue. I’m very satisfied with this mower so far.

Great mower.
Only cut my grass twice with this mower so far. Grass was dry and not very long, I used the mulching blade and insert. We have an older home in city with a decent sized lot. After cutting the front and back yards, the battery was still showing four out of five bars. Cut probably cut the grass 3 times before recharge. The mower slowed slightly in patches of long grass, but wasn't a problem. The sound level is substantially lower than my gas mower and enjoy the convenience of push button start. I am happy so far with the performance.
