My Review for Venu 3
I'm BACK! After being lured away from Garmin for the bells and whistles...I find the Venu 3 to be the perfect fit of smart watch and health smart device. I like the GPS accuracy as it's hands down the best in the industry. I found a watch face that looks sharp and brings me just the right amount of data and information in a stylish display. Glad to be back Garmin!

Huge Leap from My Old FitBit!
So much great information available about my health, workouts, sleep, and heart health in general! The basics are easy to set up and get data from immediately. I'm still discovering additional features and functions that are insightful. I do a combination of HIIT, aerobic, strength, and walking exercises and it seems to analyze them all quite accurately. I look forward to being able to take my blood pressure with it, and it would be handy if I could connect my Fitindex body composition scale, but it's not difficult to add that data manually. This was a significant investment for me and I'm very happy with the returns!

I love it!
I've had a different brand of smart watch for years, but I haven't been happy with it lately. I decided to try the Garmin Venu 3 after reading many reviews. I have been SOOOO happy with my switch! I love that the Venu 3 focuses on my overall health/wellbeing and not just meeting certain daily goals. The battery life is AMAZING, I can actually track my sleep with this watch instead of having to charge it nightly. It is user friendly- It didn't take me long at all to figure out how to work it and set it up. I love that I can track my water intake with it as well! I am so glad I changed to the Venu 3. The few things that this watch doesn't have that my other one did, I don't miss as much as I thought I would. I love it!

I received the watch for Father's day from my wife and was skeptical. However, I love the sleep score. It helps me monitor my poor sleeping habits. I also use it when I work out. Love it.

If you need that strong battery life!
I use my watch 24/7 for sleep,heart, blood oxygen, hydration reminders, sleep coach, even to track my steps daily. It helps me be aware of my health and how much water/sleep I need during the day. The battery life for me was 4-5 days without the display being on. I switched from Apple Watch Series 8 to Garmin Venu 3. I don’t regret it. I don’t care if I don’t need the keyboard to reply to social media apps anymore. I just care about a watch focus on my health.

Super comfortable!
I owned the Instinct 2 and it was OK but harder to see info on the watch face. My new one is lightweight, comfortable and colored information makes this a great watch!
