The Fakro LST attic ladder provides safe and easy access to the attic. The insulated and sealed door is finished in gray and all hardware is fully concealed after installation. The scissor system locks the door open, ensuring safe and easy operation. Well balanced, the ladder expands open and collapses close with minimal force and no sudden movements. The LST is spring-loaded, easily to open and close by hand or with the help of an extendable control rod (included). The length of the ladder is adjustable by adding up to two steps (LSS) for a maximum ceiling height of 10 feet and 10 inches or by removing one step to a minimum ceiling height of 7 feet and 6.5 inches.
