Slipfence Horizontal Channel Kit for 4 ft High Fence

Add warmth and privacy to your yard this year with the Slipfence Horizontal Fence system. This Aluminum Channel Kit includes 2 channels to build one 4 ft. high panel. Combined with the Slipfence Post Kit SF2-PK306, it provides a durable framework for your fence project. Attach the channels to Slipfence Aluminum posts using included self-drilling screws, then insert 8 regular 1-inch thick deck boards (sold separately). The result is a private, contemporary wood fence with the strength of aluminum. A Slipfence Cap Rail (SF2-HCR84) is required for the top of each panel. After installation, allow 4-6 weeks for the wood to shrink to about 1" above the channels, then trim and attach the cap rail with black screws included.

• Kit includes 2 channels 43 in. Long. 10pcs. - #12 self-drilling stainless screws to affix the channels to a SLIPFENCE Aluminum post. 50pcs. - #8 Stainless wood screws to fasten boards to channels
• Installation tip: Order 12-foot boards to the site and cut the boards on-site so you are getting the exact board length needed to fit between the posts
• Recommended space between posts is 6 feet
• To be used with Slipfence Aluminum posts: SF2-PK306 - 8-foot post, SF2-PK309 - 9-foot post. All posts include the post cap which is stuffed inside of each post end in polybag
• Once you have completed the fence and the cap rails are in place, measure from the top of the side channels up 2.5" - 3" and this is where you will cut the posts.
