Better than most
I have purchased various solar spots from home improvement and online sellers, double this price and cheaper. This is brighter, the post is stronger, and you can adjust both the spot direction and the charger angle. The light is white. I think some of the other buyers got a previous design, didn't know how to adjust it, or didn't have realistic expectations for the price. It uplights my small tree nicely. Yes, you need to point it towards a sunny exposure, but it's solar, no cords!

Solar light works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tried a variety of solar lights to light steps with generally modest to poor success. This light has a good output and seems to charge with no problem. Cloudy winter days don't provide the strongest performance but that is to be expected.

I received my lights on a timely basis and they were well packed. I was disappointed when one of the posts broke immedistely as I was pressing it into the ground with very little force. They omit a cool, bluish light which I wish was a warmer welcoming tone but they see to work fine.
