Description
This SICO paint base is self-sealing with an eggshell latex finish for interior walls and ceilings. Subdued reflection when viewed at a grazing angle and eggshell when viewed straight. Ready for use and easy to apply - high viscosity and hiding. Dries rapidly with a minimum odour. Paint bases cannot be used alone, they require the addition of a colourant which you can choose by using our colour selector.
