Does this come with stamped drawings from an Ontario professional engineer? because in Ontario Canada you require a building permit over 108sq ft. Municipalities will not issue a permit without a Canadian professional engineers stamp on it.

The product is of good quality but hard to stop it from small leaks. I have a strong building background. You need to carefully align this unit on every sheet. I double sealed the seams. Envision your drain angle and lay it out to meet that vision so no water sits in seals. I now have 3 sheds in a long row with a rain catcher in each joint. Impact gun or good cordless drill with socket is a must in order to install your self-tapping bolts. The Tube-Joint was missing so we had to weld one of the sheds. Instructions are not clearly written and It should seal better on the roof, that is why I gave it 4 stars.
