Get realistic-looking wood floors with this GOODFELLOW® SPC flooring from the Dubai collection. Stone plastic composite (SPC) material increases the strength of these pieces. Each comes with a 1 1/5 mm EVA antivibration pad to absorb shocks. The embossed in register (EIR) process provides a real wood-like finish. Lock out water with this moisture-resistant waterproof SPC flooring. Resistance to sunlight keeps the boards from fading or decaying. They won't warp or expand due to their ability to withstand temperatures from -60 degrees C to 60 degrees C. Installation is simple with the Drop Lock flooring design that nests the boards together for a secure fit. Place the panels on any type of flooring, including heated floors. Each board measures 5 53/64 in W x 23.31 in L x 5 1/2 mm thick, enough for 23.31 sq. ft. Shades of Tikehau brown cover the boards for a rustic look. Residential usage carries warranty coverage for 20 years, and commercial usage gets 10 years.
