Disappointing
Returning. Cheap stuff that doesn't go together well. Even after having to get a 2nd shipment of properly cut pieces (which took 3 weeks) the pieces do not fit together at all making the drawers catch on each other. Disappointed. This is the 2nd experience with Bestar we've had and both have been bad, and far too expensive for what it is.

Definitely a good product, looks beautiful!
The negative
The only major issue is that the bed did not come with straps to hold the mattress in place.
We purchased a new mattress and when we try to check for the first time how it opens and close the mattress got ripped on the side by the screws that holding the system. The screws that are holding this hinges are not covered with any protection for the mattress itself.
Do not put your mattress on before you have straps to secure it!
I did call the company to inform and they were very helpful, told me that they will send me two straps. I was not charged and I’m still waiting for the straps to arrive
