It works.
I don't particularly like zwave, I like zigbee. I know everyone's experience is different depending on a lot of factors. But, this device works as expected. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because their website says their locks are compatible with zigbee, yet they don't appear to actual sell a zigbee module which I would very much like to buy. On top of that, I think either zigbee or zwave should be included with the device purchase, I'm not sure why I have to spend more money for the module.

The Best Smart Lock
I've tried multiple smart locks. Most don't seem very well thought out. This whole system is 10 times better than the last lock that I had from Yale. Installed easier, works better, much more intuitive. This is a quality product!
