Not as quiet as I thought
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while back as my husband wanted to use it to try and make it quieter when we walked through the house, which I did but not completely. I’m honestly still satisfied with how much quieter it is so I can’t complain.

Like Walking on a Cloud!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently ripped up the existing carpet in my upstairs guest bedroom & decided to use this roll of underlayment to pad the subfloor befor installing brand new laminate. I can easily say this was one of our best purchases since beginning our little remodeling journey! The laminate we decided to install wasn't the highest quality, but this padding brought it to the next level. You can definitely tell the difference between the soundproofing in this room compared to the others in our house. It also gie more support if you're someone who likes to go barefoot. Would definitely recommend!

What the husband needed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was recently trying to find ways to spruce up his shed/man cave, keep it better insulated on the walls AND the floors. He was able to use this handy underlayment between the sub floor and the top floor and so far its been a good help. It feels comfortable to walk on, keeps sound from traveling out, and keeps the temperature closer to his desired degree.

Works well!

The padding was the perfect thickness withh hi out being too thin or thick. It absorbs my new floor very well. Great product!

Fantastic for flooring!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently decided to renovate an old walk in closet that had original carpet and squeaky floors. We decided to use Quietwalk Flooring underlayment with an attached vapor barrier. (We think cats used to spray in that closet previously) Right away we noticed it was easy to cut and definately added a nice padded layer under our laminate Flooring we laid on top. The closet now has no noticeable smells or squeaks! And best of all they sell it at our local Home Depot.

Good underpayment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This underlayment is great. From an installation standpoint as long as the floor is properly prepped it’s easy to roll out and place on the under floor. It is suggested to use an adhesive tape for the underlayment. It was easy to cut and lay on the floor. What’s nice about quiet walk is it also gives a little cushioning to the floor you’re walking on.
