I just purchased this toilet and it has been installed professionally and it makes a leaking sound about 30 min after it is flushed. Can you provide support? I sent an email to Duravit and no response in over a week.

What happened to my toilet?
I had Duravit toilets for over 10 years. And I just purchased this style and for some reason it makes this high-pitched sound and it appears water is leaking at the floater about 30 min after flushing. Brand new... Very strange. I can't seem to get a response from Duravit on the potential issue and how to address it. I am posting this review hoping to get a response.
