Disaster product. Disastrous retailer
Purchased online. Even with professional experience assembling furniture, THIS is a disaster. Miscounted bolts. Pieces with holes almost an inch off their proper setting. The material is thin and cheap. This does NOT look like something worth almost $1000. It is almost $200 cheaper at other outlets, but still not worth it. Even worse, Outsunny did not answer any of their customer service options. That is worse than any product failure. Now we are stuck wrestling with Rona to return this junk. Rona customer service is equally terrible. Any reviews above one star are suspect if the quality resembles what i have in front of me.
