Hello BKel - For this model, you require either our three-pack 2930102 or the single spool 321082451. The three-pack and single can be purchased through our helpline at 1-888-909-6757 or if you prefer the single, you can rewind the existing spool using the instructions found in your owner's manual.

Ok Trimmer, Not Variable Speed as Advertised
Bought this trimmer about three weeks ago and used it for the first time this past weekend. I have approx. 1/5 acre in the city so thought this would be an appropriate size for the yard. I am switching from a gas trimmer so I didn't expect it to match the performance but it was ok and lighter also. I made it about 3/4 of the way through my trim job and the battery died, not what I expected from other reviews. The problem being, it is not variable speed as per the description, it's either on or off so it drains a lot of power on light cutting. It seems well built for the price and found the bump feed worked well, just not impressed that the description is misleading. Now have three options, return it, buy another battery or wait for a re-charge.

Terrible Line Feeder
The bump feed gets stuck routinely and the strength of the tool is fairly weak. I gave it one season to win me over, but it never did. I will be purchasing a new trimmer next year.

Don't waste your money on this!
I got this trimmer as a deal with my GW mower. The convenience and freedom of going cordless was very appealing. However, from the time of its very first use, this piece of crap has been nothing but frustrating. No matter how many times you bump the spool (pro tip...DO NOT BUY A BUMP TRIMMER!) the dual lines constantly end up retreating inside the trimmer causing you to have to constantly stop, open up the spool, and reset them, only to have it happen again minutes later. I have read and re-read the manual, watched countless videos, and attempted to fix this thing numerous times to no avail. Bottom line...it's JUNK, plain and simple.
