Morceau brisé à deux reprises
J’ai acheté ce meuble pour ma fille de 12 ans il est très beau mais là première fois une des grandes planches étaient tout craquée nous avons donc demander un remboursement et retourner celui-ci en magasin (un peu plate car en achetant en ligne nous voulions pas avoir à se déplacer) deuxième meuble arrive quelques jours plus tard livraison excellente les deux fois mais encore une planche de craquée ma fille le veut vraiment donc nous le montons avec un tiroir en moins. Nous contactons Rona pour avoir le morceau manquant ou un crédit en magasin pour aller faire couper le même. Ils écrivent au fabriquant par courriel pour avoir le morceau et pas de nouvelles. Nous contactons Rona chaque 24/48 heures pour un suivi mais ils n’en ont pas. A suivre…
