Missing Hardware
I just bought this Craftsman CMXGZBF7124322 tow spreader. The problem is that the hardware bag was ripped and there was hardware missing, and a lot of it was missing (6 bolts, 1 round washer, 2 spacers and 5 nylon nuts and even the hairpin cotter pin were missing).

Poorly shipped and terrible assembly
Revived this product today the axle bushings did not fit together into their recpective recesses parts missing hitch brackets a wheel spacer a bolt and nut for the hitch brackets the right wheel had to be pounded on to the axle took 4 hours to put together very poor instructions and little organization with parts laying scattered in the box

Broken
Been waiting for this spreader for 3 weeks. 1st one never left the shipping center. 2nd was suppose to ship 2nd day air and took a week. Box showed up half opened and taped up again (poorly). The parts were just thrown in the box with no packing of any kind. Went to account for the parts and they were all there except the control cable was broken and not attached to the hopper anymore. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, but figured Craftsman would put out a better product than this. Will not be a next time after this fiasco.

The worst Craftsman product ever
Absolute terrible build quality, this thing looks like it was manufactured in someone's garage. The tube frame arrived so warped that the axle was too cockeyed to even turn, it was totally jammed. The hole in the axle tube was drilled in the wrong place such that the axle could not be centered between the wheels. Completely unusable.

Craftsman built quality is not there. Cheap parts, only can use lower settings because in higher settings you will loose all your product through the dispenser.
