Unbelievable Product and Service
I have had a great experience with Bestar and this Murphy Bed. I have received several comments on how great our new armoire looks. Everyone is shocked when they find out it is a queen size bed. I consider myself very handy when it comes to do-it-yourself work, so I figured I'd give this install a shot on my own. I highly recommend that you get it professionally installed or at a minimum have someone to help you with the install. I did run into one problem with installation that was completely my fault. I contacted Bestar thinking that I'd get a lack of knowledge and support that most furniture companies provide. I was delightfully surprised when I was able to get a human on the phone in a matter of a minute or two and they were able to help me immediately. I gave the model number, page of instruction, and number of instruction and they were able to answer my question within thirty seconds. I highly recommend Bestar as a company and for their products.
