Tank Replacement Was A Breeze
The tank came with all the internal pieces already in place (handle, flush canister, valve, etc). Just required removing old tank with 3 bolts and putting the new tank on (leveled) with 3 new bolts (also included).

Quick Flush and Never Clog !
This K-4198 toilet and K4468 tank is great ! It has never clogged and was tested under the same conditions as our previous toilet. Our plumber also installed a magical Kohler seat that closes slowly without slamming. Very Happy

Waste of Money
I purchased two of these toilets three days after my husband's total knee replacement because one of our toilet stopped working. This new environmental policy that was passed for toilets is expensive and worthless. You flush these toilets and hardly any water goes down, then you have to wait for the tank to fill up again before you can flush again. It normally takes two to three flushes before the toilet is completely flushed. I will NEVER purchase Kohler toilets again. Purchased toilets on May 8th, 2020.
