Model 29622 is incorrect replacement spool
I am happy with the trimmer but the listed replacement spool is not the correct model for the 21142. The fit isn't even close. The 21142 spool nearly 2" tall and has a 1-inch opening on one end and a 2-inch opening on the other end.
The suggested replacement part 29622 has a 3/8-inch on both ends and is only 1-1/8 inch tall. It does not even come close to fitting on the 21142

I don't know on what planet this qualifies as "adjustable" as it is nothing of the sort. The handle is incredibly long, and the weight is poorly balanced. I'm a petite woman and I found it utterly unusable. I thought maybe it was just suited for a man, but I asked my 5'10" boyfriend if he could use it and he agreed it was an awful design. It's ergonomically a complete mess. Trimming grass with this is like trying to shave with a longsword. Doesn't expand or contract, doesn't rotate, and it says it's adaptable but that feels like a lie. I deeply regret this purchase.

lost of power, never gets tired, its worth dragging a 14 gauge extension cord. After 4 hours of continuous hard work, still runs cool.

i used it a few times and the head just came off one time. i now has a none working trimmer since the head I not cover under the warranty.

It is impossible to replace the string and the directions in the manual are useless. It's also very heavy and difficult to use.

Today was the first time I've had to try this machine out since was waiting to receive my heavy duty 12/3 extension cord. Make sure you have the right kind or you'll definitely burn it up. Received the package promptly but could have been packaged in a smaller box to prevent it from bouncing around during shipment. No damage other than a scuff mark on the housing. Easily assembles and disassembles for interchanging to different tool attachments. Hit the power button and immediately noticed the strength of the machine over my previous black n decker. Overall the machine will definitely do what I need it to but definitely not a fan of the power safety switch location on the handle.....makes it a little awkward imo 😒
If was asked to recommend this product to a friend, I'd definitely say it's worth the money based on power, quality materials constructed from and ease of use with other attachments. A little heavy but if you expect a quality machine to be lite & last, your in the wrong mindset for this kinda tool !!
