The Makita 18V X2 LXT (36V) Brushless 1-1/8” AVT Rotary Hammer is a high-efficiency cordless concrete tool designed for demanding applications. Powered by two 18V LXT batteries (sold separately) and a brushless motor, it delivers corded power and run-time without the cord. Featuring X2 LXT technology, it can drill up to 140 holes per charge with two 18V LXT 5.0Ah batteries. Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) reduces vibration with an internal counterbalance system, resulting in a low vibration rating of 9m/s². The tool offers 2.3 ft. lbs. of impact energy, 250-980 RPM, and 0-5,000 BPM for efficient performance. It includes a torque limiting clutch to prevent gear damage, constant speed control for consistent performance under load, and features like an electric brake, variable speed dial, built-in L.E.D. light, and retractable tool hook. Engineered with Extreme Protection Technology (XPT), it enhances durability against dust and water, with optional dust extraction capability. Ideal for various trades, it accepts SDS-PLUS bits and meets the needs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, concrete contractors, and more.
